Very attractive price. But some products are lack of photos.

I have been using Yoox for many years. In overall I am quite satisfied. I am only paying in cash as there was a discrepancy in the past with my credit card. Products arrive on time. Sometimes sizes are not true to size and isn’t mentioned in the description of the product. In this case you return the product back at the expense of Yoox.

I received a returned item instead of brand new. They sell a returned item without the customer knowledge. I will never buy from this store. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them.

The only reason why the star is not red, is quick and dedicated reply of the customer service to my email yesterday, assuring my order will be shipped in a short time. However, nothing has changed so far - I still wait for shipping the exchange item, while my return has been received by Yoox 8 days ago (according to UPS tracking).

YOOX is reliable, easy return, only thing, orders sometimes take awhile, but great site and great prices
